Zard Kuh

Zard Kuh, Zardkuh or Zard-e Kuh-e Bakhtiari (in Persian: زردكوه بختياري ) is a perpetually snow-covered peak in central Zagros.

It is the highest peak (4548 m) of the Zagros mountains and is located in the Province Chahar Mahaal and Bakhtiari of Iran. The Karun river starts in the Zagros mountains near the Zardkuh.
